Rating: 6.3/10 Why Did I Watch It? It's an '80s action movie I haven't seen, and I've heard a lot about it. When I found it on Tubi, I made it a priority.

First Viewing Viewing Date: April 29th Via: Netflix Plot: A hotshot gambler, who was recently released from prison and finds out he has a rare blood disease, begins enacting a plan of revenge against a crime boss and casino owner. Rating: 6.4/10 Why Did I Watch It? It's a Guy Ritchie film that I haven't seen, and it leaves Netflix in a couple of weeks.

First Viewing Viewing Date: April 29th Via: Netflix Plot: To avenge her mother's death, Pixie masterminds a heist but must flee across Ireland from gangsters eager to recover the loot. Rating: 6.7/10 Why Did I Watch It? This was a random find on Netflix. It's short and sweet, and looked promising.

First Viewing Viewing Date: April 28th Via: iTunes Store Plot: A lonely scholar, on a trip to Istanbul, discovers a Djinn who offers her three wishes in exchange for his freedom. Rating: 7.3/10 Why Did I Watch It? I've been meaning to watch it since it first came out as it's a new George Miller movie. When it was in the cheap rentals, I leapt at the chance to watch it.

First Viewing Viewing Date: April 27th Via: Netflix Plot: Ageing gangster Val is released from prison after 28 years, and immediately spends time with his retired best friend, Doc. Val's enemies want him dead, and Doc is given an ultimatum: kill Val before 10am the following morning, or become a target himself. Rating: 7.2/10 Why Did I Watch It? It was released on Netflix and it was on the homepage. It immediately piqued my interest due to the cast, and I watched it immediately, especially since it was only 90 minutes long.

First Viewing Viewing Date: April 26th Via: Amazon Prime Video Plot: Three veteran museum security guards devise a plan to steal the artworks to which they have become attached after they are transferred to another museum in Denmark. Rating: 6.9/10 Why Did I Watch It? I was in the mood for something short and sweet. This is 90 minutes long and has a great cast, so it fit the bill.

First Viewing Viewing Date: April 26th Via: Blu-ray Plot: A hard-luck limo driver struggles to go straight and pay off a debt to his bookie. He takes on a job with a crazed passenger, whose sought-after ledger implicates some seriously dangerous criminals. Rating: 7.1/10 Why Did I Watch It? It's the only Joe Carnahan movie I haven't seen and it was heavily discounted on Amazon, which convinced me to buy it. As soon as it arrived, I wanted to watch it.

First Viewing Viewing Date: April 25th Via: Tubi Plot: A legendary psychopathic murderer stalks a summer camp. Rating: 4.9/10 Why Did I Watch It? I just wanted a simple, short horror, and this one was free on Tubi.

First Viewing Viewing Date: April 25th Via: iTunes Store Plot: A former minor-league basketball coach is ordered by the court to manage a team of players with intellectual disabilities. He soon realizes that despite his doubts, together, this team can go further than they ever imagined. Rating: 7.2/10 Why Did I Watch It? I liked the original version and wanted to see this remake because of Woody Harrelson and director Bobby Farrelly. Plus it was well-reviewed. It appeared on iTunes today and I made it a priority.

First Viewing Viewing Date: April 25th Via: Stan. Plot: An untested American submarine captain teams with U.S. Navy Seals to rescue the Russian president, who has been kidnapped by a rogue general. Rating: 7.3/10 Why Did I Watch It? I've been meaning to watch this one for years and it has lingered on my watchlist for some time. After watching Kursk, it seemed like a good chaser.

First Viewing Viewing Date: April 25th Via: iTunes Store Plot: The 2000 K-141 Kursk submarine disaster is followed by governmental negligence. As the sailors fight for survival, their families desperately battle political obstacles and impossible odds to save them. Rating: 7.1/10 Why Did I Watch It? This was a 99 cent rental and it looked interesting.

First Viewing Viewing Date: April 24th Via: Binge Plot: On January 20, 1942, leading representatives of the German Nazi regime met in a villa in Berlin-Wannsee for a meeting that went down in history as the Wannsee Conference, at which the systematic murder of 11 million Jews was decided. Rating: 7.9/10 Why Did I Watch It? I found it on Binge and it caught my attention immediately, especially because of the subject matter and the positive reviews.

Revisit Viewing Date: April 24th Via: Netflix Plot: A suspended cop's rare, valuable baseball card is robbed. Since it's his only hope to pay for his daughter's upcoming wedding, he works with his partner to recover the card from a memorabilia-obsessed gangster. Rating: 6.4/10 Why Did I Watch It? I saw a few clips on social media which made me want to revisit it, as I didn't remember it at all and I probably didn't pay much attention when I watched a pirate copy back in 2010. It's about to leave Netflix, so I took an opportunity to watch it.

First Viewing Viewing Date: April 24th Via: Tubi Plot: A psychiatrist attempts to prevent one of his patients from committing suicide while trying to maintain his own grip on reality. Rating: 7.2/10 Why Did I Watch It? It caught my attention on Tubi due to the poster design, the cast and the director. Plus, it's 95 minutes long.
