First Viewing Viewing Date: May 6th Via: iTunes Store Plot: An overworked air-traffic controller takes his family on a beach vacation in Florida, but the trip is soon beset by a series of mishaps. Rating: 6.3/10 Why Did I Watch It? A post on Facebook alerted me to this movie's existence. I like John Candy's comedies and I like comedies of this era, so I jumped on it before it disappeared from my radar.

First Viewing Viewing Date: May 5th Via: Netflix Plot: Soon after moving into their seemingly idyllic new home, a family learns of a brutal crime committed against former residents of the dwelling. Rating: 6.0/10 Why Did I Watch It? I've been curious about it since it first came out. I found it on Netflix while perusing and I wanted something short and sweet, so I picked this.

First Viewing Viewing Date: May 4th Via: Blu-ray Plot: During the reign of the Vikings, Kainan, a man from a far-off world, crash lands on Earth, bringing with him an alien predator known as the Moorwen. Though both man and monster are seeking revenge for violence committed against them, Kainan leads the alliance to kill the Moorwen by fusing his advanced technology with the Viking's Iron Age weaponry. Rating: 6.6/10 Why Did I Watch It? A mate brought it to my attention and I was instantly curious. It's an R-rated action movie with a good cast, and it has an alien fighting Vikings. Sounded too good to pass up.

First Viewing Viewing Date: May 3rd Via: Disney+ Plot: Rebellious teen Jim Hawkins receives a map from a dying pirate, and embarks on an odyssey across the universe to find the legendary Treasure Planet. Rating: 6.0/10 Why Did I Watch It? I watched it with a mate who was keen to show me the movie.

First Viewing Viewing Date: May 3rd Via: Cinema Plot: As Peter Quill still reels from the death of Gamora, he's compelled to set out on a daring mission with the Guardians in order to save one of their own. Rating: 8.7/10 Why Did I Watch It? I needed to see this ASAP.

First Viewing Viewing Date: May 2nd Via: Google Play Plot: A veteran thief recruits a younger crook to help him pull off one final job in order to repay his debt to the Russian mob. Rating: 6.2/10 Why Did I Watch It? I found out that this existed after watching The Maiden Heist, and it intrigued me due to the cast and the premise. It stayed on my mind until I decided to watch it.

First Viewing Viewing Date: May 2nd Via: Stan. Plot: A documentary on Brazilian Formula One racing driver Ayrton Senna, who won the F1 world championship three times before his death at age 34. Rating: 10/10 Why Did I Watch It? I've been meaning to watch this since it first came out, and it has been on my Stan. watchlist for years. It's due to leave Stan. soon and I didn't want to miss my opportunity to watch it.

First Viewing Viewing Date: May 2nd Via: Binge Plot: When Shaun decides to take the day off and have some fun, he gets a little more action than he bargained for. A mix up with the Farmer, a caravan and a very steep hill lead them all to the Big City and it's up to Shaun and the flock to return everyone safely to the green grass of home. Rating: 5.9/10 Why Did I Watch It? This is another well-reviewed Aardman animated movie that I could watch on Binge.

First Viewing Viewing Date: May 1st Via: iTunes Store Plot: A dramatization of the Irish civil rights protest march and subsequent massacre by British troops on January 30, 1972. Rating: 8.8/10 Why Did I Watch It? It's a Paul Greengrass movie that I've been wanting to see for some time. I just decided to finally rent and watch it as it has eluded me for too long.

Rating: 5.8/10 Why Did I Watch It? It leaves Netflix soon and I was curious about it.

First Viewing Viewing Date: April 30th Via: Netflix Plot: A band of samurai sets out to avenge the death and dishonor of their master at the hands of a ruthless shogun. Rating: 6.6/10 Why Did I Watch It? It's a samurai movie with Keanu Reeves. I've been meaning to watch it since it first came out, but never got to it. It leaves Netflix soon so it was an ideal time.
