The cast, the R rating, the action - all of it. This is a Callum special, served on a platter.

However, they are not alone. Rating: 6.9/10 Why Did I Watch It? It received positive reviews, it was written by Kevin Williamson and it was directed by John Hyams.

First Viewing Viewing Date: February 4th Via: iTunes Store Plot: A teenage slacker's right hand becomes possessed with murderous intent. Rating: 7.2/10 Why Did I Watch It? This came highly recommended by a TikTok user, which led me to look at other positive reviews and ratings. I had to give it a shot.

Agent press a suspected terrorist into divulging the location of three nuclear weapons set to detonate in the United States which will kill millions. Rating: 7.0/10 Why Did I Watch It? It's on Netflix, it has a solid IMDb rating and a good cast, and it's short and sweet. It seemed perfect for a Saturday afternoon.

However, they are pursued by his armed associates. Rating: 6.4/10 Why Did I Watch It? I just wanted something short, straightforward and enjoyable, and this fit the bill - especially since it was on Netflix.

First Viewing Viewing Date: February 3rd Via: Netflix Plot: Following a family tragedy, a teenager named Thale moves to a small town in Norway with her mother, who has taken a job with the local police. When a student is brutally killed by an unidentified animal, Thale becomes a key witness, and questions are raised about what kind of animal could do this - and when it will strike again. Rating: 6.9/10 Why Did I Watch It? It's a new release on Netflix which dropped tonight. When I saw the artwork on the home screen, I knew it was a movie for me. The European heritage sealed the deal as I love European cinema.

First Viewing Viewing Date: February 3rd Via: Netflix Plot: Alice, an ambitious camgirl, wakes up one day to discover she's been replaced on her show with an exact replica of herself. Rating: 6.6/10 Why Did I Watch It? A TikTok user I trust highly recommended it. Plus, it's free on Netflix.

First Viewing Viewing Date: February 3rd Via: iTunes Store Plot: Set in the near future when artificial organs can be bought on credit, it revolves around a man who struggles to make the payments on a heart he has purchased. He must therefore go on the run before said ticker is repossessed. Rating: 6.8/10 Why Did I Watch It? This has been on my watchlist since 2010 and I recently remembered that it existed. I enjoyed action films, especially R-rated action films, so I decided to give it a watch.

First Viewing Viewing Date: February 2nd Via: iTunes Store Plot: When an alcoholic relapses, causing him to lose his wife and his job, he holds a yard sale on his front lawn in an attempt to start over. A new neighbor might be the key to his return to form. Rating: 6.7/10 Why Did I Watch It? It was a cheap rental and it looked interesting, to the point that I wondered why it eluded me for all these years.

First Viewing Viewing Date: February 1st Via: Netflix Plot: A Puerto Rican former convict, just released from prison, pledges to stay away from drugs and violence despite the pressure around him and lead on to a better life outside of N.Y.C. Rating: 8.0/10 Why Did I Watch It? Its reputation speaks for itself: Directed by De Palma and with a great cast. It leaves Netflix soon, so I thought it was time to give it a shot.

First Viewing Viewing Date: January 31st Via: Netflix Plot: After an ambush, a master assassin heads to Italy where he receives instructions from his handler about a job. Rating: 7.2/10 Why Did I Watch It? This was on my watchlist way back in 2010, but it always eluded me and the reviews were never good enough to compel me to watch it. But it leaves Netflix in a few weeks, so I seized my chance.

First Viewing Viewing Date: January 31st Via: Amazon Prime Video Plot: A woman who raised herself in the marshes of the Deep South becomes a suspect in the murder of a man with whom she was once involved. Rating: 6.8/10 Why Did I Watch It? This is another major 2022 release I was curious about. And it just appeared on Prime.

First Viewing Viewing Date: January 30th Via: iTunes Store Plot: To work off his tarnished driving record, a hip taxi driver must chauffeur a loser police inspector on the trail of German bank robbers. Rating: 7.1/10 Why Did I Watch It? It was in the 99 cent rentals. I like a good action film and this one was written by Luc Besson, so I went for it.
