Rating: 7.2/10 Why Did I Watch It? I was looking for more comedies, and found a list about underrated comedies which recommended this one. The cast sold me.

Rating: 7.8/10 Why Did I Watch It? I was looking for comedies/dramas of this vintage and this film caught my eye due to the high ratings and the cast.

First Viewing Viewing Date: February 10th Via: Google Play Plot: A young American woman is courted and swept off her feet after discovering through DNA testing that she has extended family in England. She is given a free trip to England to meet her family, only to realize that a gothic conspiracy is afoot. Rating: 4.2/10 Why Did I Watch It? I like horror and it was a discounted rental.

First Viewing Viewing Date: February 9th Via: Amazon Prime Video Plot: Rose, a mostly sweet and lonely Irish driving instructor, must use her supernatural talents to save the daughter of Martin (also mostly sweet and lonely) from a washed-up rock star who is using her in a Satanic pact to reignite his fame. Rating: 6.7/10 Why Did I Watch It? I found it while browsing on Prime and it looked like fun.

First Viewing Viewing Date: February 9th Via: Binge Plot: Max and Duke's owner, Katie, gets married and has a baby boy. While they head on a family vacation, their pet friends back home get themselves into all sorts of mischief. Rating: 6.2/10 Why Did I Watch It? It was on Binge and Harrison Ford is part of this sequel.

First Viewing Viewing Date: February 8th Via: Netflix Plot: The quiet life of a terrier named Max is upended when his owner takes in Duke, a stray whom Max instantly dislikes. When the dog-walker takes them out for the day, an adventure begins for the both of them which spans across New York City. Rating: 6.0/10 Why Did I Watch It? It leaves Netflix soon and I was curious about it.

First Viewing Viewing Date: February 8th Via: Netflix Plot: A monster named Larry manifests itself through smart phones and mobile devices, fixated on finding a new friend. Larry's intended friend is a young autistic boy. Rating: 6.4/10 Why Did I Watch It? It's free on Netflix, the IMDb rating isn't terrible, and I'm willing to give most horror movies a shot.

First Viewing Viewing Date: February 8th Via: Stan. Plot: A long time ago in a distant fairy tale countryside, a young girl leads her little brother into a dark wood in desperate search of food and work, only to stumble upon a nexus of terrifying evil. Rating: 5.8/10 Why Did I Watch It? This looked interesting, especially since it's a horror interpretation of the story.

First Viewing Viewing Date: February 7th Via: Binge Plot: Maurice Flitcroft, a dreamer and unrelenting optimist, manages to gain entry to the 1976 British Open Golf Championship qualification round despite being a complete novice. Rating: 7.9/10 Why Did I Watch It? It appeared on Binge and instantly caught my attention, especially with the good reviews. I had to give it a shot.

Plot: Four college buddies embark on a road trip across the country to retrieve an illicit tape mistakenly mailed to the loyal girlfriend of one of the boys. Rating: 6.7/10 Why Did I Watch It? I honestly thought I'd already seen this, but I hadn't. IMDb brought it to my attention after I watched Accepted, and I made it a priority.

Rating: 6.8/10 Why Did I Watch It? This appeared on Binge and I was curious. It looked enjoyable, it has a good IMDb rating, and I enjoy comedies of this vintage. Plus, it's short and sweet.

First Viewing Viewing Date: February 6th Via: Netflix Plot: The story of 16-year-old Australian schoolgirl, Jessica Watson, who follows her dream to become the youngest person ever to sail solo, non-stop around the world. Rating: 7.3/10 Why Did I Watch It? It's a new Australian film on Netflix with a good cast, and I'm aware of the true-life story. It was a spontaneous choice to watch it.
