First Viewing Viewing Date: June 3rd Via: Blu-ray Plot: On her maiden voyage in April 1912, the supposedly unsinkable R.M.S. Titanic strikes an iceberg in the Atlantic Ocean. Rating: 6.6/10 Why Did I Watch It? I've been meaning to watch this movie for years and years, since I grew obsessed with the Titanic in media back in 2010, but it was hard to find - and some of the copies on YouTube were atrocious. But, finally, the full extended version has become available in remastered HD on Blu-ray, making it the perfect time to finally dive in, especially since I've been obsessed with the Titanic again recently.

First Viewing Viewing Date: May 28th Via: Stan. Plot: In Japan, a veteran samurai is charged with ending the tyrannical reign of Lord Naritsugu. Working with twelve other samurai, they set a trap for the Lord and his soldiers that will prevent him from ascending the throne. Rating: 8.3/10 Why Did I Watch It? This was on my watchlist when it first came out, and I even included it on my "Looking Forward to in 2010" list back in the day. But it has always eluded me, I think because I was holding out for a copy of the longer international cut. But the shorter version is on Stan. and I thought, fuck it, I need to watch it.
