First Viewing Viewing Date: June 12th Via: Netflix Plot: A group of friends reunite to play The Buddy Games, a wild assortment of absurd physical and mental challenges. Rating: 5.0/10 Why Did I Watch It? Despite the bad reviews, it's an R-rated comedy and I was willing to give it a shot. It leaves Netflix soon and it's short at only 90 minutes, so I picked it.

First Viewing Viewing Date: June 11th Via: YouTube Plot: An American master chemist plans to score big on a once in a lifetime drug deal. All does not go as planned and he is soon entangled in a web of deceit. Rating: 5.8/10 Why Did I Watch It? A friend alerted this movie's existence to me, and I was immediately intrigued based on the cast. It was free on YouTube, so I just jumped in.

First Viewing Viewing Date: June 11th Via: Binge Plot: While drinking at their local British pub, three social outcasts attempt to navigate a time-travel conundrum. Rating: 7.2/10 Why Did I Watch It? I found it after I watched Clear History, which was another HBO film. The positive ratings and promising premise made me curious enough to check it out.

First Viewing Viewing Date: June 10th Via: Amazon Prime Video Plot: A mercenary leads a squad of soldiers on a mission to rescue a hostage in a remote part of Africa. The mission goes awry when their rescue helicopter is shot down, and the team is stranded. Not only are armed rebels after them, but a vicious lioness, as well. Rating: 6.3/10 Why Did I Watch It? A trusted friend recommended it and it was free on Prime. Plus, I figured it would be good to watch Megan Fox in an action film before Expend4bles.

First Viewing Viewing Date: June 10th Via: iTunes Store Plot: A timid dog groomer living in a poor suburb sells cocaine on the side and stays out of trouble, while trying to deal with his unstable, violent acquaintance who is a menace to the whole neighborhood. Rating: 6.0/10 Why Did I Watch It? A friend of mine recommended it to me, which put it on my radar. When it was a cheap rental on iTunes, I pounced.

First Viewing Viewing Date: June 7th Via: Cinema Plot: Still reeling from the tragic death of their mother, a teenage girl and her younger sister find themselves plagued by a sadistic presence in their house and struggle to get their grieving father to pay attention before it's too late. Rating: 6.4/10 Why Did I Watch It? I always like seeing new horror movies at the cinema.

First Viewing Viewing Date: June 7th Via: Binge Plot: After security expert Ray Breslin is hired to rescue the kidnapped daughter of a Hong Kong tech mogul from a formidable Latvian prison, Breslin's girlfriend is also captured. Rating: 5.7/10 Why Did I Watch It? I've wanted to watch this since it came out simply because I like the first movie and I like to watch Stallone's movies, but I didn't want to pay for it based on the reviews. Finally, it appeared on Binge and I could watch it.

First Viewing Viewing Date: June 7th Via: Netflix Plot: A Texas teenager befriends a fugitive bank robber, and is torn between turning her in for the bounty or giving into his affections for her. Rating: 6.1/10 Why Did I Watch It? I was interested in seeing this one after catching the trailer at the cinema, but it eluded me for a few years. I saw it was leaving Netflix and decided to jump on it.

First Viewing Viewing Date: June 6th Via: Stan. Plot: Set over one summer, the film follows precocious six-year-old Moonee as she courts mischief and adventure with her ragtag playmates and bonds with her rebellious but caring mother, all while living in the shadows of Walt Disney World. Rating: 7.8/10 Why Did I Watch It? This has been on my watchlist since it first came out, and I even once rented it for 99c but didn't get around to it during the rental period. It leaves Stan. in a few days and I wanted to jump on it while I had the chance.

First Viewing Viewing Date: June 5th Via: Disney+ Plot: A hotel handyman's life changes when the lavish bedtime stories he devises with his niece and nephew start to magically come true. Rating: 6.7/10 Why Did I Watch It? A TikTok video brought it to my attention. It looked enjoyable and inoffensive, and it was included with Disney+, so it was an easy choice to watch it.
