First Viewing Viewing Date: September 2nd Via: Disney+ Plot: Couple Marcus and Emily reunite with Ron and Kyla at a resort in the Caribbean for a vacation, but things soon become chaotic with the arrival of Kyla's criminal father. Rating: 5.7/10 Why Did I Watch It? I enjoyed the first one and was looking forward to this sequel when it was announced.

First Viewing Viewing Date: September 1st Via: Cinema Plot: Robert McCall finds himself at home in Southern Italy but he discovers his friends are under the control of local crime bosses. As events turn deadly, McCall knows what he has to do: become his friends' protector by taking on the mafia. Rating: 7.8/10 Why Did I Watch It? I love these movies and Denzel, and I've been hanging out for this threequel for years and always hungry for updates.

First Viewing Viewing Date: August 31st Via: Netflix Plot: Stacey Friedman diligently prepares for her Bat Mitzvah and has grand ideas, but her plans comedically unravel and threaten to ruin the event. Rating: 7.2/10 Why Did I Watch It? The positive reviews had me intrigued.

However, violence and drugs are an almost daily occurrence for them. Rating: 7.3/10 Why Did I Watch It? This was a random watchlist pick, chosen for David Ayer and Christian Bale.

First Viewing Viewing Date: August 28th Via: Netflix Plot: An underdog lawyer takes on a fraudulent insurance company. Rating: 8.2/10 Why Did I Watch It? It's about to leave Netflix and I wanted to watch it for the cast, director and positive ratings. I always enjoy a sophisticated adult film with some class.

First Viewing Viewing Date: August 27th Via: iTunes Store Plot: A rookie police officer willingly takes the last shift at a newly decommissioned police station in an attempt to uncover the mysterious connection between her father's death and a vicious cult. Rating: 5.5/10 Why Did I Watch It? I liked Last Shift and wanted to see want this remake offered. Plus, I am a horror buff.

First Viewing Viewing Date: August 27th Via: Blu-ray Plot: The history of the independent Cannon Films company from its early beginnings to its collapse in the late 1980s. Rating: 8.3/10 Why Did I Watch It? I wanted to watch this back when it first came out, but I never got around to it. I needed something easy and slick to watch, so this seemed like a good pick.

First Viewing Viewing Date: August 26th Via: iTunes Store Plot: In Bermuda, two amateur treasure-hunting divers have a run-in with local criminals when they inadvertently discover the secret cargo of a World War II shipwreck. Rating: 6.2/10 Why Did I Watch It? I've wanted to watch this since I was a kid because it's based on a Peter Benchley novel and it stars Robert Shaw, so it's comparable to Jaws. A friend recently recommended it, so I bit the bullet and rented it.

Rating: 2.8/10 Why Did I Watch It? I didn't finish watching this last year, it was free on YouTube and I wanted to watch something I didn't care about due to my mood.
