To find the truth, he must follow the white rabbit again... Rating: 5.8/10 Why Did I Watch It? I always intended to watch this, I just didn't want to pay for it. It's about to leave Netflix so I finally fired it up.

First Viewing Viewing Date: September 8th Via: Disney+ Plot: A wrongfully convicted boy is sent to a brutal desert detention camp with several other juveniles. Their daily job is to dig holes in the blazing hot sun and search for interesting things, but the reasons for this are unclear. Rating: 7.1/10 Why Did I Watch It? This is something of a modern Disney classic and I've been meaning to check it out. This was a random watchlist pick for this day.

Rating: 5.8/10 Why Did I Watch It? I wanted something short and easy to watch, plus it's free on Netflix.

First Viewing Viewing Date: September 7th Via: Binge Plot: As a young man, Bruce Garrett was a salsa wunderkind, but he gave it all up after being viciously bullied. Years later, Bruce's feelings for his new boss inspire him to explore salsa dancing again. Rating: 7.7/10 Why Did I Watch It? I intended to watch this back in 2014 when it first came out because of Nick Frost, but it fell by the wayside and has sat in various watchlists over the years. After watching Need for Speed, I revisited my 2014 watchlist and this stuck out - and it's streaming on Binge.

First Viewing Viewing Date: September 7th Via: Amazon Prime Video Plot: A father is without the means to pay for his daughter's medical treatment. As a last resort, he partners with a greedy co-worker to rob a casino. When things go awry, they're forced to hijack a city bus and take the passengers hostage. Rating: 7.3/10 Why Did I Watch It? IMDb recommended this to me after I watched Bad Country, and the cast and director (the same guy who made last year's Fall) immediately piqued my interest. Plus, it's free on Prime, short at 90 minutes, and R-rated, so I made it a priority.

First Viewing Viewing Date: September 6th Via: Disney+ Plot: Fresh from prison, a street racer who was framed by a wealthy business associate joins a cross-country race with revenge in mind. His ex-partner, learning of the plan, places a massive bounty on his head as the race begins. Rating: 6.8/10 Why Did I Watch It? I meant to watch this a long time ago, but it somehow eluded me. It's from the director of The Expendables 4, so I wanted to check it out, plus the recent Gran Turismo got me thirsty for good racing movies.

To be with his wife and newborn, he becomes an informant and assists law enforcement. Rating: 5.4/10 Why Did I Watch It? It looked interesting and it's about to leave Netflix.

First Viewing Viewing Date: September 6th Via: Disney+ Plot: A Las Vegas cabbie enlists the help of a U.F.O. expert to protect two extraterrestrial siblings from a government organization that wants to use the kids for their sinister plans. Rating: 6.6/10 Why Did I Watch It? I stayed with the Disney theme, plus I just wanted something short, sweet, lightweight, easily enjoyable and easy to watch.

Rating: 7.0/10 Why Did I Watch It? This was a random watchlist pick as I've been meaning to watch it since it first came out.

First Viewing Viewing Date: September 5th Via: iTunes Store Plot: A journalist duo go on a tour of serial killer murder sites with two companions, unaware that one of them is a serial killer himself. Rating: 7.3/10 Why Did I Watch It? It drew comparisons to True Romance, which piqued my interest. When it showed up in the cheap rentals, I immediately bit.

First Viewing Viewing Date: September 4th Via: Disney+ Plot: A young fugitive prince and princess must stop a villain who unknowingly threatens to destroy the world with a special dagger that enables the magic sand inside to reverse time. Rating: 6.6/10 Why Did I Watch It? It felt in a similar vein to The Sorcerer's Apprentice - same release year and similar genre. Plus Disney. So I decided to finally give this one a whirl.

First Viewing Viewing Date: September 3rd Via: Disney+ Plot: A protege of the magician Merlin must train his teacher's successor - an introverted but resourceful physics prodigy - in the art of sorcery to prevent the return of Morgana le Fay. Rating: 6.7/10 Why Did I Watch It? This was a random watchlist pick as I enjoy movies like this, plus it has Nicolas Cage.

When he finds his girlfriend beaten to death by members of a rival gang, he seeks revenge, knowing that he may be dead by dawn. Rating: 5.3/10 Why Did I Watch It? It's a cult '80s action movie.

First Viewing Viewing Date: September 2nd Via: Disney+ Plot: Couple Marcus and Emily reunite with Ron and Kyla at a resort in the Caribbean for a vacation, but things soon become chaotic with the arrival of Kyla's criminal father. Rating: 5.7/10 Why Did I Watch It? I enjoyed the first one and was looking forward to this sequel when it was announced.
