First Viewing Viewing Date: October 29th Via: Shudder Plot: In a remote village, two brothers find a demon-infected man just about to give birth to evil itself. They decide to get rid of the man but merely succeed in spreading the chaos. Rating: 7.4/10 Why Did I Watch It? With the attention that it is receiving, I had to take advantage and watch it while my Shudder subscription is still active.

First Viewing Viewing Date: October 29th Via: Blu-ray Plot: After being resurrected by a sinister entity, Art the Clown returns to the timid town of Miles County where he targets a teenage girl and her younger brother on Halloween night. Rating: 6.2/10 Why Did I Watch It? I've seen the first and I always intended to watch the second. Watching it during Halloween season was essential.

During his first night on the job, he realizes that the night shift won't be so easy to get through. Pretty soon he will unveil what actually happened at Freddy's. Rating: 5.3/10 Why Did I Watch It? It's a new release horror and it's Halloween season.

First Viewing Viewing Date: October 25th Via: Shudder (via VPN) Plot: A ventriloquist is at the mercy of his vicious dummy while he tries to renew a romance with his high school sweetheart. Rating: 7.2/10 Why Did I Watch It? IMDb recommended it to me. It's a thriller with Anthony Hopkins, and it was directed by Richard Attenborough, I had to see it!

Rating: 7.8/10 Why Did I Watch It? It's a Dario Argento horror movie with good ratings, and it's horror month.

First Viewing Viewing Date: October 22nd Via: Tubi (via VPN) Plot: A bold girl discovers a bizarre, threatening, and mysterious new world beyond her front door after she escapes her father's protective and paranoid control. Rating: 7.9/10 Why Did I Watch It? It has a promising IMDb rating and it was recommended on a list about films to watch for Halloween season.

First Viewing Viewing Date: October 22nd Via: Shudder (via VPN) Plot: Isolated by his strange parents, Leon finds solace in an imaginary friend, which happens to be an anatomy doll from his father's doctor office. Unfortunately, the doll begins to take over Leon's life, and his sister's life as well. Rating: 6.8/10 Why Did I Watch It? This has been on my watchlist for a long time due to several recommendations. When I found it on Shudder, I pounced.

First Viewing Viewing Date: October 22nd Via: Tubi (via VPN) Plot: Recovering from the trauma of being kidnapped last Halloween by the Blue Skeleton, five friends head back out to visit more haunted house attractions. But when signs of the Blue Skeleton start appearing again a new terror begins. Rating: 5.8/10 Why Did I Watch It? It was free on Tubi and after watching the first, I figured I should give the second a crack.

First Viewing Viewing Date: October 22nd Via: Amazon Prime Video (via VPN) Plot: A news team trails a man as he travels into the world of Eden Parish to find his missing sister, where it becomes apparent that this paradise may not be as it seems. Rating: 7.3/10 Why Did I Watch It? It was on my watchlist for some time due to the positive reviews and director Ti West. Plus, it's horror season.

First Viewing Viewing Date: October 21th Via: Stan. Plot: Harry, Ron, and Hermione search for Voldemort's remaining Horcruxes in their effort to destroy the Dark Lord as the final battle rages on at Hogwarts. Rating: 8.0/10 Why Did I Watch It? I got this far, I couldn't turn back.

First Viewing Viewing Date: October 21th Via: Netflix Plot: Three best friends become fathers later in life and find themselves battling preschool principals, millennial CEOs and anything created after 1987. Rating: 6.4/10 Why Did I Watch It? It's a new Netflix movie directed by the great Bill Burr.
